Location and Amenities: Located a short 30-minute Uber ride from St. Pancras International Train Station, Art'otel London boasts a convenient location. Situated across from a shopping mall and food court, guests have easy access to dining and retail options. The hotel is also a mere 5-minute walk from Underground Bank Station, making it effortlessly accessible.

Entrance and Room Accessibility: Upon arrival, we found that Art'otel offers a fully accessible entrance and even floors throughout the property, ensuring a seamless experience for guests with mobility challenges. During check-in, the staff provided us with an emergency checklist and explained the emergency procedures, demonstrating their commitment to guest safety.

The hotel offers wheelchair-accessible rooms up to the 5th floor, with eight dedicated wheelchair accessible rooms and seventeen ambulant disabled rooms. The gym provided even height benches for weightlifting, ensuring a safe and comfortable workout for individuals with disabilities. Near the pool there is also an accessible bathroom with automatic door opener on the rooftop. The pool has a hoist, ensuring a dip in the pool also for disabled guests.
