The Apollo hotel with 223 rooms and 5 meeting rooms is centrally located in beautiful Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, the most beautiful place in our capital where five canals meet. The hotel is located in the beautiful Old South part of Amsterdam were you can stay within walking distance of Amsterdam hotspots.

The hotel has two restaurants: The Living Room or The Harbor Club Amsterdam Zuid. Room service is available and is served by the Harbor Club.

While the building isn't necessarily impressive on the outside, the interior and service of this hotel is great. By entering the terrain there is an accessible parking space across the entrance.

The reception desks are way too high for wheelchair users which are not inviting but the overall service is good and the staff was helpful.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor for quests and visitors of the restaurants.

The accessible room in this hotel has two bathrooms and is located on the second floor.

Before taking the elevator on the first floor there is a steep hallway that isn't meeting the accessibility requirements. For active manual wheelchair or electric wheelchair users it is possible. The elevator is quite small. I would not recommend you to bring a handbike or other device up to the room because there is not enough space for that.

The accessible room has a king size bed and two bathrooms, which one of is accessible for wheelchair users. The accessible bathroom is specious and has a shower chair attached to the wall. The sink is easy to use and the toilet is provided with handles.
